Stage 1 — Define the Commercial Goal
Before colors and motifs:

- Club or event limited run
- Retail private label

- Full-set count and accessory match
- Packaging integrity for export
Stage 6 — Ship & Reorder
Capture the approved bill of materials (colors, layers, art version, packaging) so reorders match the first run. Share preferred courier account or destination for freight guidance.
